Logs files are hanging after maintenance.

Sometimes after maintenance event nothing is further logged. When user delete log files, logging will again works.

Seems to be related to file-owner/permissions (running auto-maintenance as www-data, but CLI maintenance as another user)... verifying

The problem here is that:

Automaintenance runs as user: www-data
CLI maintenance runs as a different user

The files are created (by default) with "rw-rr-" permission, they can only be written to by the owner.

The solution is to set the [log]filemode permission appropriatly in the conf file, these are in *nix octal format (so 0666 should work for anyone)
