PriorityDeliveryLimitation.mtp.test.php fails on second test in testGetAdvertisementLifeData when tested for round hours (minutes = 0 and seconds = 0)

It's because if end date of campaign is equal to start of interval forecast data aren't calculated.

Fix:
change PriorityDeliveryLimitation.mtp.test.php Line 698
$oDate = new Date();
to e.g.
$oDate = new Date('2006-02-15 11:06:12');
